InsuranceSplash does not offer email services but we'll help you get setup with a quality email provider.
You can use any email provider you want but there are 3 we recommend most often:
1) Google G Suite - $5/user/month
Google email is what we use here because we think it's the best. It's the easiest to use, has the best spam filters and the best deliverability. It also comes with online file storage and online programs for documents and spreadsheets comparable to Microsoft Office.
It's basically the same thing you get with a gmail account. It just costs money because it's using your own domain name. (joe@yourdomain.com)
We recommend Google G Suite in the following situations:
Getting Started With Gmail:
If you want to use Google for email the first step is setting up the account here:
Sign Up for Google Email
During the account setup their system will walk you through the process but if you need any help configuring the domain or anything else just let us know and we'll work with you to get it up and running.
2) Zoho Email - (Free for up to 25 users)
Zoho is the best option if you're looking for a free email account. They're a big company that mostly sells CRM systems and they offer free email to get you in the door but it's a good system that's reliable.

The way these work is it's an email you can give to people like you@yourdomain.com and when they send messages there they automatically bounce over to some other email address you use, where you reply to them from there.

One More Good One: Microsoft Outlook 365
